Van Dyck opens Europe's first authorized Navimow service centre

What does the authorized Navimow service centre in Houtvenne mean for owners and dealers? Explore Benelux support and the first H5 Pro demonstration.

A robotic mower is only truly reassuring when you know where to turn if something goes wrong. That is why the expanded partnership between Navimow and Van Dyck is more than a distribution change: Van Dyck will cover the entire Benelux and open Europe's first authorized Navimow service centre in Houtvenne.

What will change for owners and dealers? And what did Navimow show of the H5 Pro at the opening? Here is what has been confirmed so far.

What does the authorized Navimow service centre do?

At its Houtvenne site in the province of Antwerp, specialist technicians can inspect, maintain and repair Navimow robotic mowers. Their work includes technical diagnostics, replacement parts and firmware updates. The team can also help with installation, settings and mapping a lawn.

According to Navimow, the service is available to users in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg regardless of where they bought their mower. Dutch owners and dealers therefore also have a regional point of contact for technical support.

Navimow aims to complete at least 90% of repairs within three working days. This is a target, not a guarantee for every individual case: repairs and the availability of parts can vary.

Van Dyck becomes Navimow distributor for the entire Benelux

The partnership began in 2022 with distribution in Belgium and Luxembourg. Van Dyck later helped develop the dealer network, product training and technical support. Adding the Netherlands extends its distribution role to the whole Benelux region.

For customers, the move brings dealer sales and after-sales support closer together. Francis Ji, Country Manager Benelux at Segway Navimow, has emphasized that dependable service matters to customers and dealers alongside a good product.

For Van Dyck CEO Joël Van Dyck, the authorized centre reflects the company's focus on service. Navimow also intends to develop the model in other key European markets in the years ahead.

H5 Pro demonstrated in the Benelux for the first time

At the opening in Houtvenne, Navimow demonstrated the H5 Pro in the Benelux for the first time. The model had already been presented internationally at IFA earlier in 2026.

One notable feature is its extendable EdgeMaestro arm, designed to mow closer to lawn edges and potentially reduce manual trimming. Results in an individual garden depend on its layout; no universal performance claim is implied.

A final launch date and retail price for the Benelux have not yet been announced. We will therefore not display a preorder, a price or an availability claim until Navimow confirms those details.
